Víctor Antonio Lapeña Tortosa (born 12 March 1975, in Zaragoza) is a Spanish basketball coach who is the head coach for Çukurova Basketbol of the Turkish Super League.

[1] In the 2018-2019 season he coached his first team abroad, Nadezhda Orenburg from the Russian Premier League, winning the second-tier 2018–19 EuroCup Women.

[2] In May 2024, Lapeña signed a three-year contract with Çukurova Basketbol of the Turkish Super League .

[3] Lapeña has worked with the Spanish Basketball Federation as both assistant and head coach in the youth teams and the senior team, winning a total of 14 medals.

[5] In January 2022, Lapeña was appointed head coach for the Canada women's national basketball team.
