VPB-147 was a Patrol Bombing Squadron of the U.S. Navy.

The squadron was established as Bombing Squadron 147 (VB-147) on 14 August 1943, redesignated Patrol Bombing Squadron 147 (VPB-147) on 1 October 1944 and disestablished on 2 July 1945.
