Valdelício Macanga Maia Joaquim, nicknamed Vander, (born April 15, 1990), is an Angolan basketball player for Interclube.

Valdelício, a 6 ft 9 in (2.09 m) tall center, has competed for the Angola national team at the AfroBasket in 2011 and 2013.

[1][2][3] From 2009 to 2013, Vander played college basketball for the USU Eastern and the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors.
