Valkó is located in central Hungary, in the eastern part of Pest County.

Valkó has regular buses to Vácszentlászló, Gödöllő and Budapest, but rare buses travels to Tóalmás and Jászberény, too.

The nearest railway stations are located in Tura and Gödöllő.
