In November of 2023, commissioner Andrew Dunn announced Christian Carmouche as the clubs manager.
After relocating, the Seaweed played their home games at Wilson Park in Vallejo, California.
However, this record was still good enough for a postseason birth, where they lost in the divisional round, 1-2 to the Bakersfield Train Robbers.
