Vargashinsky District (Russian: Варгаши́нский райо́н) is an administrative[1] and municipal[4] district (raion), one of the twenty-four in Kurgan Oblast, Russia.

It is located in the central and northern parts of the oblast.

The area of the district is 3,020 square kilometers (1,170 sq mi).
