Varhaňovce (Rusyn: Варганёвце; Hungarian: Vargony) is a village and municipality in Prešov District in the Prešov Region of eastern Slovakia.
The municipality lies at an altitude of 297 metres and covers an area of 8.36 km2 (3.23 sq mi) (2020-06-30/-07-01).

In 2019, they constituted an estimated 80% of the population.
