Veliki Grđevac

Veliki Grđevac (pronounced [ʋêlikiː ɡr̩̂dʑeʋats], Hungarian: Nagygordonya) is a municipality in Bjelovar-Bilogora County, Croatia.

Area around the Veliki Grđevac is characterized by wet meadows under Bilogora hills.

The following villages comprise the Veliki Grđevac municipality: Directly elected minority councils and representatives are tasked with consulting tasks for the local or regional authorities in which they are advocating for minority rights and interests, integration into public life and participation in the management of local affairs.

[8] In the late 19th and early 20th century, Veliki Grđevac was part of the Bjelovar-Križevci County of the Kingdom of Croatia-Slavonia.

Lovrak days of culture are traditional cultural and educational events dedicated to the national significance Mato Lovrak, one of the most successful children's writer in Croatia.
