Velký Malahov is a municipality and village in Domažlice District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

Velký Malahov lies approximately 21 kilometres (13 mi) north of Domažlice, 34 km (21 mi) south-west of Plzeň, and 118 km (73 mi) south-west of Prague.
