Veromanga is a rural municipality in western Madagascar.
It belongs to the district of Maintirano, which is a part of Melaky Region.
The majority 90% of the population of the commune are farmers, while an additional 7% receives their livelihood from raising livestock.
[2] Veromanga used to be known throughout Madagascar as having the best tasting oranges in the country until their orange grooves were removed several decades ago.
The people of Veromanga now replant orange grooves since 2010.
