Victor John Bulgin (8 November 1927 – 19 January 2007) was an Australian rugby league footballer who played in the 1940s and 50s.
An Australia national and New South Wales state representative fullback, he played for Sydney's Eastern Suburbs and Canterbury-Bankstown clubs.
In 1949 Bulgin again went away with the Australian rugby league team on its tour of New Zealand, once again though he never played in any of the test matches.
At the end of his rugby league career he represented Australia as an amateur golfer in the Commonwealth Tournament in 1959 and 1967 and in the Sloan Morpeth Trophy in 1961 and 1967.
He represented New South Wales in the Australian Men's Interstate Teams Matches seven times between 1959 and 1967.
