Victory City is an unincorporated community in Bowie County, in the U.S. state of Texas.

Victory City was founded 1940s when the Lone Star Army Ammunition Plant was built; many townspeople worked at the plant.

[2] Victory City is located just north of Interstate 30 on the Texas and Pacific Railway[2] and U.S. Highway 82, 11 mi (18 km) west of Texarkana[2] and 1.4 mi (2.3 km) west of Leary in east-central Bowie County.
