Vinay Kumar[1] is an Indian politician, social worker, incumbent Member of Legislative Assembly for Sri Renukaji Assembly constituency[2] and ongoing deputy speaker of the Himachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly and former Chief Parliamentary Secretary of the Government of Himachal Pradesh.

His excellence in Marathon races resulted in registering his name on the Honour Board of The Bishop Cotton School three times.
