Vladimir Bobrov

He was reelected again in 2007 on the Nur Otan party list where Bobrov served as the chairman of the Committee on Economic Issues and Regional Development.

On 21 April 2010, he became the deputy chair of the Mazhilis after his predecessor Sergey Dyachenko was appointed as the akim of Aktobe Region.
