Vladimir Dmitrievich Gordeev (born 30 November 1950 in Georgia, Soviet Union)[1] is a former motorcycle speedway rider and was a member of the Soviet Union national speedway team.
[5] He reached the finals of the Speedway World Championship three times in 1971,[6] 1974 and 1976.
[7][8] However, he was disqualified in the 1971 Individual Speedway World Championship final for using illegal fuel additives.
[12] His younger brother Valery Gordeev is also a former rider who reached the World Final on five occasions.
