Vladimir Kiselev

Vladimir Kiselev (born 10 November 1974)[1] is a Russian biathlete, cross-country skier, and two-time Paralympic champion.

Kiselev competed in biathlon and cross-country skiing at the 2006 Winter Paralympics.
