In the UK, this model is badged as Golf Plus Dune and sold with the 1.9 TDI outputting 105 PS (77 kW; 104 bhp).

An LPG variant (BiFuel) was also offered with an output of 98 PS (97 hp; 72 kW) and a 5-speed manual gearbox.
