The Vuelta Ciclista del Uruguay is a stage cycling race held annually in Uruguay.

It was created in 1939 and was a category 2.2 event of the UCI America Tour until 2019.

The 2020 and 2021 editions were cancelled due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Since returning in 2022, the race has been held on the national calendar.
