Wąbrzeźno County

Wąbrzeźno County (Polish: powiat wąbrzeski) is a unit of territorial administration and local government (powiat) in Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, north-central Poland.

It came into being on January 1, 1999, as a result of the Polish local government reforms passed in 1998.

Its administrative seat and only town is Wąbrzeźno, which lies 36 km (22 mi) north-east of Toruń and 66 km (41 mi) east of Bydgoszcz.

The county covers an area of 501.31 square kilometres (193.6 sq mi).
