The W. T. Waggoner Building is a historical skyscraper in Fort Worth, Texas.

It is located at 810 Houston Street in Fort Worth, Tarrant County, Texas.

[4] The building was owned by XTO Energy until the fall 2018 when it was acquired by Northland Developments to be remodeled and converted into a Sandman Signature Hotel.

It has been listed on the National Register of Historic Places since July 10, 1979.

A natural gas explosion extensively damaged the hotel at approximately 3:30PM.
