Wadi Jezzine

Wadi Jezzine (Arabic: وادي جزين) is a municipality in the Jezzine District of the South Governorate of Lebanon, about 75 km south of Beirut.

[1] In 1838, Eli Smith noted Wady Jezzin as a village by Jezzin, "East of et-Tuffa".

[2] In 2014, Christians made up 99.31% of registered voters in Wadi Jezzine.

89.02% of the voters were Maronite Catholics.
