Waters Farm

It has 120 acres (0.49 km2) of protected watershed land donated to the town by Dorothea Waters Moran in 1974.

[1] The main house was built in the mid- to late 18th century and was also donated to the town.

Most outbuildings were donated or constructed on site after the town received the property, including a blacksmith shop, shingle mill, barn, wagon shed and sugar house.

From 1871 to 1912, the businessman Charles Andrew Whitney resided at Waters Farms.
