West Hill is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in eastern Brookfield Township, Trumbull County, Ohio, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.6 square miles (4.1 km2), all land.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 2,523 people, 1,038 households, and 629 families residing in the CDP.

There were 1,108 housing units at an average density of 677.9 per square mile (261.7/km2).

34.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
