West Pike Run Township has seven borders, including Fallowfield to the north, California to the east, Centerville to the south, Beallsville to the southwest, Somerset Township to the west, Ellsworth to the northwest, and Bentleyville to the north-northwest At the 2000 census, there were 1,226 people, 574 households, and 364 families in the township.
