The racial makeup of the CDP was 95.16% White, 2.42% African American, 2.42% from other races.

28.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

There were no families and 5.8% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and none of those over 64.
