Willie Loney

William Loney (31 May 1879 – 6 March 1956) was a Scottish footballer who played for Celtic,[3] Partick Thistle,[4] Motherwell[5] and Scotland.

[6][7][8] He had a key role in the Celtic team of the 1900s which won six consecutive Scottish Football League championships.

[9] His brother James (Clyde, Dundee Hibernian) and cousin Harry (Falkirk, Alloa Athletic, Dumbarton) were also footballers.
