William Sebring Kirkpatrick (April 21, 1844 – November 3, 1932) was a Republican member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania.
He attended the public schools and Lafayette College in Easton.
He studied law, was admitted to the bar, and commenced practice in Easton.
He served as lecturer on municipal law at Lafayette College.
