Williamstown was a town in Dodge County, Wisconsin, United States.
In 2018, the Town of Williamstown incorporated and became the Village of Kekoskee.
At the 2000 census there were 646 people, 235 households, and 195 families living in the town.
There were 242 housing units at an average density of 7.4 per square mile (2.8/km2).
