Willow Creek is a census-designated place (CDP) in Gallatin County, Montana, United States.
The settlement here began in 1864 and soon grew due to a mining boom in nearby Norwegian Gulch.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.73 square miles (7.08 km2), all land.
About 15.5% of families and 14.0% of the population were below the poverty line, including 20.3% of those under the age of eighteen and 13.3% of those 65 or over.
