Winton "Wint" Allen Winter, Sr. (August 23, 1930 – May 4, 2013) was an American politician who served as a Republican member of the Kansas Senate, attorney, businessman, rancher and athlete.
He served as Chairman of the Young Lawyers Division of the American Bar Association.
He owned ranches and was also an owner of a significant Pizza Hut franchise.
He founded Peoples, Inc. to acquire and hold community banks and served as its Chairman until his death.
