[6][7] In August 2022, she joined the Nigerian-American Chamber of Commerce as director of communication, government relations and advocacy,[8] and later became acting director-general.

[10] In March 2024, Samuel implemented an inbound trade mission[11] to Nigeria for the Government of Illinois,[12] Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and was subsequently interviewed on Voice of America (Africa)[13][3] and Center for International Private Enterprise in Washington DC.

[24][25] On 24 December 2020,[26] Samuel was elected for a one-year term as the fourth communications chair for the Young African Leaders Initiative, YALI RLC West Africa (Nigeria Alumni).

She was then sworn in as publicity secretary[27] for the United States Government Exchange Alumni Association on 1 October 2021 and served until March 2024.

Samuel moderated the YALI RLC West Africa Homecoming Conference in Lomé, Togo in December 2022[28] and in Accra, Ghana in 2023.
