Woincourt (French pronunciation: [wɛ̃kuʁ]) is a commune in the Somme department in Hauts-de-France in northern France.
Since 13 February 2020, the commune has been a part of the newly created regional natural park of Baie de Somme - Picardie maritime.
A 1301 pouillé, a type of ecclesiastical enumeration of a given geographical area, listed the name of the village as "Waincourt".
Long dependent on the Abbey of Saint-Riquier, Woincourt eventually changed to the hospice of Abbeville.
The Saint-Martin church, dating from the 17th century, is located in Woincourt, as well as a monument to the local victims of World War I.
