Wola Flaszczyna [ˈvɔla flaʂˈt͡ʂɨna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Zadzim, within Poddębice County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 3 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Zadzim, 14 km (9 mi) south-west of Poddębice, and 42 km (26 mi) west of the regional capital Łódź.
