Wola Załężna [ˈvɔla zaˈwɛ̃ʐna] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Opoczno, within Opoczno County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) north-east of Opoczno and 74 km (46 mi) south-east of the regional capital Łódź.
