Wolica [vɔˈlit͡sa] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Kleszczów, within Bełchatów County, Łódź Voivodeship, in central Poland.

It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-east of Kleszczów, 20 km (12 mi) south of Bełchatów, and 67 km (42 mi) south of the regional capital Łódź.

In 2005 the village had a population of 340.
