Wolica Ługowa [vɔˈlit͡sa wuˈɡɔva] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Sędziszów Małopolski, within Ropczyce-Sędziszów County, in the Subcarpathian Voivodeship of south-eastern Poland.

It is located approximately 2 kilometres (1 mi) north-east of Sędziszów Małopolski, 6 km (4 mi) east of Ropczyce, and 22 km (14 mi) west of the regional capital, Rzeszów.
