Woodland Heights is a census-designated place (CDP) in Venango County, Pennsylvania, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 1,402 people, 588 households, and 402 families residing in the CDP.

There were 612 housing units at an average density of 370.4 per square mile (143.0/km2).

Out of these households, 33.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 48.8% were married couples living together, 16.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 31.6% were non-families.

27.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 12.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
