Woodstock is a hamlet (and census-designated place) in Ulster County, New York, United States.

As of the census[2] of 2000, there were 2,187 people, 1,124 households, and 528 families residing in the CDP.

There were 1,385 housing units at an average density of 234.5 per square mile (90.5/km2).

43.4% of all households were made up of individuals, and 14.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

A portion of the CDP is in Saugerties Central School District.
