Wuppenau

Wuppenau is a municipality in the district of Weinfelden in the canton of Thurgau in Switzerland.

Wuppenau has an area, as of 2009[update], of 12.15 square kilometers (4.69 sq mi).

Of the rest of the land, 0.8 km2 (0.31 sq mi) or 6.6% is settled (buildings or roads).

while parks, green belts and sports fields made up 2.6%.

Most of the population (as of 2000[update]) speaks German (97.0%), with Serbo-Croatian being second most common ( 0.9%) and Romansh being third ( 0.5%).

In the federal election, a total of 383 votes were cast, and the voter turnout was 51.3%.
