Wycliffe Ambetsa Oparanya (born 25 March 1956) is a kenyan politician who is the current Cabinet Secretary for Cooperatives and MSMEs.

He was previously Minister of State for Planning, National Development and Vision 2030 in the Kibaki Administration.
