Khirmandaly (Azerbaijani: Xırmandalı) is a village and municipality in the Masally Rayon of Azerbaijan.
In the sources, the names of Khirmandals, recorded as Harmandalu/Kharmandalu/Kharbandalu/Khudabandalu, are mentioned as part of the Bayat tribe and it is shown that they played an important role in the political life of the Safavid state.
Mandili oikonym in Fuzuli region is also a distorted form of the name Khirmandaly.
