Yam (Persian: يام)[a] is a village in Hesar Rural District of Khabushan District, Faruj County, North Khorasan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,428 in 400 households.

Yam was the most populous village in its rural district at the time.
