Yau Kin Wai (Chinese: 丘健威; Jyutping: jau1 gin6 wai1; born 4 January 1973) is a former Hong Kong professional footballer who played as a defender.

Yau had played for Hong Kong First Division League club South China for more than 10 years and is regarded as one of the most decorated defenders in Hong Kong.

After retirement, Yau concentrated his career as a soccer commentator and in youth development.
