Young Man with a Horn is an album that was released by Columbia Records in 1950.

It features trumpeter Harry James and singer Doris Day performing songs initially recorded for the soundtrack of the film of the same name.

The film Young Man with a Horn was loosely based on the life of Bix Beiderbecke.
