Zak William Seddon (born 28 June 1994) is an English runner specialising in the 3000 metres steeplechase.

[3] He competed for Great Britain but didn't make the finals of the 2017 World Championships.

Zak William Seddon was born in Berkshire, the second of four children to Jeffrey and Kathryn (née Beards).

His younger brother is the Motherwell F.C footballer Steve Seddon.
