Zapceń [ˈzapt͡sɛɲ] (Kashubian: Zôpceń) is a village in Gmina Lipnica, Bytów County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.

It lies approximately 12 kilometres (7 mi) south of Bytów and 53 km (33 mi) south-west of Gdańsk (capital city of the Pomeranian Voivodeship).

From 1975 to 1998 the village was in Słupsk Voivodeship.
