Zavrh pod Šmarno Goro (pronounced [ˈzaːʋəɾx pɔt ˈʃmaːɾnɔ ˈɡɔːɾɔ]; Slovene: Zavrh pod Šmarno goro) is a settlement in the Municipality of Medvode in the Upper Carniola region of Slovenia.
