Zelenokumsk

Zelenokumsk (Russian: Зеленоку́мск) is a town and the administrative center of Sovetsky District in Stavropol Krai, Russia, located on the Kuma River.

[citation needed] It was granted work settlement status in 1963 and renamed Sovetskoye.
