Scott Sartiano

Scott Sartiano (born October 31, 1974) is an American restaurateur.

Sartiano graduated from Columbia University in 1997 where he played tennis.

[1] Sartiano partnered with Richie Akiva to open Butter Restaurant in New York City in 2002 and 1Oak lounge in 2007.

[2][3] Sartiano's project, a private social club named Zero Bond,[2] opened in October 2020.

[4] Sartiano is on the board of trustees for the Metropolitan Museum of Art, a position he was appointed to by Eric Adams.
