Zhirnovsky District (Russian: Жи́рновский райо́н) is an administrative[1] district (raion), one of the thirty-three in Volgograd Oblast, Russia.

As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Zhirnovsky Municipal District.

The area of the district is 2,970 square kilometers (1,150 sq mi).
